Rizzo responded with a 8-7 win over Laura Phillips (St. John's, NL). Rizzo won 5-4 against Sherry Anderson (Saskatoon, SK). Rizzo went on to lose 7-2 against LeAnne Andrews (Langley, BC). Rizzo responded with a 6-4 win over Diane Foster (Calgary, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
