Claire Booth (Sherwood Park, AB) finished 3-2 in the 15-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Booth defeated Kellie Stiksma (Sherwood Park, AB) 12-4, then won 8-6 against Marla Sherrer (Lacombe, AB). Booth went on to lose 11-8 against Kelsey Rocque (Edmonton, AB). Booth responded with a 8-7 win over Krysta Hilker (Edmonton, AB). Booth went on to lose 7-4 against Emily Clark (Westlock, AB) in their final qualifying round match.

Booth earned 3.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 19 of the event schedule, Booth did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Booth ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
