Zane Bartlett (Victoria, BC) finished 2-3 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bartlett defeated Adam Fenton (New Westminster, BC) 7-6, then went on to lose 9-7 against Jason Montgomery (Victoria, BC). Bartlett responded with a 9-4 win over Rob Nobert (VERNON, BC). Bartlett went on to lose 8-0 against Chris Medford (Kimberley, BC). Bartlett lost 10-7 to Fenton in their final qualifying round match.
