Shaelyn Park (Moncton, NB) finished 3-2 in the 7-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Park lost 9-4 to Jaclyn Crandall (Fredericton, NB), then responded with a 9-2 win over Abby Burgess (Oromocto, NB). Park won 6-4 against Shelly Graham (Fredericton, NB), then won 10-6 against Sarah Gaines (Oromocton, NB). Park went on to lose 8-7 against Crandall in their final qualifying round match.

Park earned 4.250 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the New Brunswick Scotties Prelims. For week 23 of the event schedule, Park did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Park ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
