Rylie Paul (Kakabeka Falls, NONT) lost 7-4 to Mia Toner (Sudbury, NONT) in the Final of the Xplore U18 Girls Northern Ontario Provincials, held January 11 - 14, 2023 at the North Bay Granite Curling Club in North Bay, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Paul won 8-4 over Deanna Chilton (Schumacher, NONT) in the semifinals of the 2023 Xplore U18 Girls Northern Ontario Provincials in North Bay, Ontario, Canada;
 
Paul finished 6-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Paul defeated Lexi Marfil (Cochrane, NONT) 9-4, then won 12-3 against Aili Chabot (Fort Frances, NONT) and 10-1 against Sadie Tolton (Fort Frances, NONT). Paul won 14-1 against Myla Cormier (Longlac, NONT). Paul went on to lose 7-6 against Toner. Paul responded with a 9-7 win over Melodie Johnston (North Bay, NONT). Paul won 7-1 against Chilton in their final qualifying round match.
