In their opening game, Mitchell lost 11-1 to Penny Barker (Moose Jaw, SK), droppimg another game, 6-4 to Skylar Ackerman (Saskatoon, SK) where Mitchell responded with a 7-6 win over Sherry Anderson (Saskatoon, SK). Mitchell went on to lose 6-5 against Brooklyn Stevenson (Regina, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Mitchell earned 1.125 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 24 of the event schedule, Mitchell did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Mitchell ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
