To advance to the championship game, Clifford/Soee won 7-1 over Adela Walczak/Andrzej Augustyniak (Lodz, POL) in the semifinals of the 2023 Hvidovre Mixed Doubles Cup in Hvidovre, Denmark; and won 8-1 over My Larsen/Mads Noergaard (Hvidovre, DEN) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Hvidovre Mixed Doubles Cup in Hvidovre, Denmark;

Clifford/Soee finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Clifford/Soee defeated Filippa Jillehed/Pontus Persson (Norrkoping, SWE) 8-3, then won 7-6 against Oihane Otaegi/Mikel Unanue (San Sebastian, ESP). Clifford/Soee went on to lose 6-3 against Lander/Holtermann. Clifford/Soee responded with a 6-2 win over Eirin Mesloe/Willhelm Naess (Oppdal, NOR). Clifford/Soee won 11-2 against Signe Schack/Tobias Thune (Gentofte, DEN) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Hvidovre Mixed Doubles Cup Championship title, Clifford/Soee earned 18.750 world rankings points along with the $1,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 28 of the event schedule, Clifford/Soee did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Clifford/Soee ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
