Barker won 9-3 against Cindy Ricci (Regina, SK) to advance to a C-Qualifier game where they lost 7-5 against Sherry Anderson (Saskatoon, SK) in their final qualifying round match.

Barker earned 2.250 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 23rd place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 0.375 after improving upon their best so far this season. Barker ranks 27th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 98.625 points earned so far this season.
