Corrie Huerlimann (Zug, SUI) lost 6-4 to Silvana Tirinzoni (Aarau, SUI) in the Final of the Swiss Curling Championships, held February 11 - 18, 2023 in Geneve-Thonex, Switzerland. To advance to the championship game, Huerlimann won 9-4 over Raphaela Keiser (St. Moritz, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2023 Swiss Curling Championships in Geneve-Thonex, Switzerland;

Huerlimann finished 5-3 in the 5-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Huerlimann lost 8-7 to Tirinzoni, then responded with a 7-2 win over Michele Jaeggi (Bern, SUI). Huerlimann went on to lose 9-1 against Keiser. Huerlimann responded with a 8-1 win over Nora Wuest (Wallisellen, SUI). Huerlimann won 7-4 against Keiser. Huerlimann went on to lose 10-3 against Tirinzoni. Huerlimann responded with a 7-2 win over Jaeggi. Huerlimann won 7-2 against Wuest in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the Swiss Curling Championships, Huerlimann take home 16.500 world rankings points, moving up 6 spots the World Ranking Standings into 44th place overall with 75.792 total points. Huerlimann ranks 44th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 69.750 points earned so far this season.
