Germany's Christiane Putzich 9-6, then went on to lose 9-6 against Canada's Collinda Joseph. Korea's Min Kyong Cho lost 6-5 to England's Rosemary Lenton where Korea's Min Kyong Cho responded with a 10-6 win over Sweden's Rebecka Carlsson. Korea's Min Kyong Cho won 10-2 against Japan's Miki Ono, then won 7-3 against Denmark's Helle Christiansen. Korea's Min Kyong Cho went on to lose 10-7 against Latvia's Polina Rozkova. Korea's Min Kyong Cho responded with a 8-4 win over Italy's Guiliana Turra in their final qualifying round match.
