Arran Thomson (Perth, SCO) finished 2-6 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Thomson defeated Gavin Cameron (Moray, SCO) 10-2, then went on to lose 12-1 against Fraser Swanston (Forfar, SCO). Thomson lost 9-3 to Ethan Brewster (Aberdeen, SCO). Thomson lost 13-6 to Orrin Carson (Dumfries, SCO). Thomson lost 12-9 to David Beesley (Edinburgh, SCO) where Thomson responded with a 8-7 win over Stewart Kyle (Dumfries, SCO). Thomson went on to lose 9-4 against Ross Craik (Forfar, SCO). Thomson lost 11-5 to Jack Strawhorn (Dumfries, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Thomson earned 0.750 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 15 of the event schedule, Thomson did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Thomson ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
