Fay Henderson (Dumfries, SCO) won 6-5 over Jodi Bass (Dumfries, SCO) in the Final of the Scottish Curling Junior Championships, held November 8 - 13, 2022 in Aberdeen, Scotland.
 
Henderson finished 7-1 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Henderson defeated Tamzin Smith (Aberdeen, SCO) 17-0, then won 18-0 against Ishbel McCartney (Stirling, SCO) and 16-0 against Chloe McNaughton (Perth, SCO). Henderson won 7-2 against Bass. Henderson went on to lose 9-3 against Amy Mitchell (Greenacres, SCO). Henderson responded with a 14-6 win over Katie Archibald (Dumfries, SCO). Henderson won 10-8 against Layla Huntly (Dumfries, SCO), then won 6-5 against Jenny Jahn (Dumfries, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Scottish Curling Junior Championships Championship title, Henderson earned 7.500 world rankings points, moving up 13 spots the World Ranking Standings into 78th place overall with 31.555 total points. Henderson ranks 71st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 21.000 points earned so far this season.
