Sophie Sinclair/Ross Whyte (Sterling, SCO) qualified for the 2023 Scottish Curling Mixed Doubles Championship playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-3 against Jennifer Dodds/Bruce Mouat (Edinburgh, SCO). of the 2023 Scottish Curling Mixed Doubles Championship in Perth, Scotland;

Sinclair/Whyte finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Sinclair/Whyte lost 11-3 to Amy MacDonald/Blair Haswell (Sterling, SCO), then responded with a 10-4 win over Katie McMillan/Hammy McMillan Jr. (Sterling , SCO). Sinclair/Whyte won 7-6 against Emma Barr/Gavin Barr (Edinburgh, SCO), then won 9-5 against Kirstin Bousie/Craig Waddell (Sterling, SCO) and 9-1 against Rachael Dakers/Harry Gow (Edinburgh, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Sinclair/Whyte earned 10.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Scottish Curling Mixed Doubles Championship. For week 30 of the event schedule, Sinclair/Whyte did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Sinclair/Whyte ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
