To advance to the championship game, Dodds/Mouat won 9-3 over Gina Aitken/Grant Hardie (Sterling, SCO) in the semifinals of the 2023 Scottish Curling Mixed Doubles Championship in Perth, Scotland; and won 7-3 over Sophie Sinclair/Ross Whyte (Sterling, SCO) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Scottish Curling Mixed Doubles Championship in Perth, Scotland;

Dodds/Mouat finished 4-1 in the 18-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dodds/Mouat defeated Holly Hamilton/Hamish Gallacher (Dumfries, SCO) 10-4, then won 7-4 against Lisa Davie/Mark Watt (Sterling, SCO) and 8-6 against Holly Davis/Jamie Rankin (Edinburgh, SCO). Dodds/Mouat went on to lose 7-5 against Jackson/McFadzean. Dodds/Mouat responded with a 8-7 win over Beth Farmer/Euan Kyle (Sterling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Scottish Curling Mixed Doubles Championship Championship title, Dodds/Mouat earned 26.250 world rankings points.
