Emily Riley/Jesse Mullen (Montreal, QC) won 12-4 over Amelie Maheux/David Maheux (Saint-Bruno, QC) in the Final of the Quebec Mixed Doubles, held January 19 - 22, 2023 at the Aurèle Racine Curling Club in Tracy, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Riley/Mullen won 8-0 over Emilie Desjardins/Robert Desjardins (Saquenay, QC) in the semifinals of the 2023 Quebec Mixed Doubles in Tracy, Quebec, Canada; and won 12-9 over Sandra Edwards/Greg Cheal (Lennoxville, QC) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Quebec Mixed Doubles in Tracy, Quebec, Canada;
 
Riley/Mullen finished 4-0 in the 21-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Riley/Mullen defeated Sophie Belley/Roger Lavoie (Nairn, QC) 11-1, then won 11-1 against Quebec's Audrey Boyer/Damian Pilie and 8-1 against Sophie Sanscartier/Maxandre Caron (Boucherville, QC). Riley/Mullen won 10-0 against Valerie Tanguay/Denis Robichaud (Quebec, QC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Quebec Mixed Doubles Championship title, Riley/Mullen earned 22.500 world rankings points. For week 25 of the event schedule, Riley/Mullen did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
