Jones won 10-4 against Simms, then won 6-1 against Jacob Dobson (Toronto, ON) and 10-3 against Braden Pelech (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their third place finish at the CCAA / Curling Canada College Championships, Jones earn 2.125 world rankings points.
