Einarson finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Einarson defeated Kate Cameron (Winnipeg, MB) 5-3, then went on to lose 6-5 against Anna Hasselborg (Sundbyberg, SWE). Einarson responded with a 7-5 win over Seungyoun Ha (Chuncheon, KOR). Einarson won 7-5 against Rachel Homan (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
