Dupont finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Dupont defeated Kim 8-4, then won 5-3 against Serena Gray-Withers (Edmonton, AB) and 5-2 against Campbell. Dupont went on to lose 7-3 against Ikue Kitazawa (Nagano, JPN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 2, Dupont take home 30.250 world rankings points along with the $8,750CDN prize.
