Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO) run at the 2023 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 1 came to an end in the semifinals with a 6-3 loss to Joel Retornaz (Trentino, ITA). of the 2023 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 1 in Niagara Falls, Ontario; Whyte advanced through the quarterfinals with a 8-3 win over Matt Dunstone (Winnipeg, MB). of the 2023 HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 1 in Niagara Falls, Ontario;

Whyte finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Whyte defeated Niklas Edin (Karlstad, SWE) 8-5, then won 6-3 against Bruce Mouat (STIRLING, SCO) and 6-5 against Riku Yanagisawa (Karuizawa, JPN). Whyte went on to lose 4-3 against Reid Carruthers (Winnipeg, MB) in their final qualifying round match.

Whyte earned 42.500 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the HearingLife Tour Challenge Tier 1. Whyte move up 2 spots after posting a net gain of 13.141 points improving upon their best 4 results so far this season, ranking 7th overall with 301.297 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Whyte ranks 3rd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 154.500 points earned so far this season.
