MacMillan went on to lose 9-2 against Jace Freeman (Virden, MB). MacMillan responded with a 8-5 win over Thomas Reed (Maple Ridge, BC). MacMillan went on to lose 7-2 against Jayden King (Ottawa, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

MacMillan earned 2.250 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 35 of the event schedule, MacMillan did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. MacMillan ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
