Morrison finished 3-1 in the 24-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Morrison defeated Yoshimura 5-4, then went on to lose 4-1 against Hollie Duncan (Woodstock, ON). Morrison responded with a 7-1 win over Hailey Armstrong (Ottawa, ON). Morrison won 7-3 against Sarah Bailey (St. Catharines, ON) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Stu Sells Oakville Tankard, Morrison take home 27.500 world rankings points along with the $5,000CDN prize, moving up 2 spots the World Ranking Standings into 18th place overall with 184.873 total points.
