Rupp/Wunderlin Reaches 2023 Swiss Mixed Doubles Championship Semifinals

Daniela Rupp/Kevin Wunderlin (Zug, SUI) run at the 2023 Swiss Mixed Doubles Championship came to an end in the semifinals with a 9-6 loss to Briar Schwaller/Yannick Schwaller (Bern, SUI). of the 2023 Swiss Mixed Doubles Championship in St. Gallen, Switzerland;

Rupp/Wunderlin finished 6-3 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Rupp/Wunderlin defeated Marina Loertscher/Pablo Lachat (Lausanne, SUI) 9-2, then won 9-8 against Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI) and 11-1 against Sarah Mueller/Marco Hoesli (Bern, SUI). Rupp/Wunderlin won 11-2 against Switzerland's Stephanie Kupper/Thomas Kupper, then won 10-1 against Sarah Schaar/Michael Bugnon (Flims, SUI) and 10-5 against Lea Hueppi/Jonas Weiss (Dubendorf, SUI). Rupp/Wunderlin went on to lose 8-7 against Schwaller/Schwaller. Rupp/Wunderlin lost 8-5 to Alina Paetz/Sven Michael (Aarau, SUI). Rupp/Wunderlin lost 6-5 to Selina Witschonke/Simon Gloor (St. Moritz, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.

Rupp/Wunderlin earned 18.000 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Swiss Mixed Doubles Championship. For week 31 of the event schedule, Rupp/Wunderlin did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points.
