To advance to the championship game, Pierce won 9-0 over Yusuke Morozumi (Karuizawa, JPN) in the semifinals of the 2023 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada; and won 6-2 over Jongduk Park (Gangwon, KOR) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada;
 
Pierce finished 4-0 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Pierce defeated Schneider 7-3, then won 10-6 against Park and 6-3 against Qiang Zou (Beijing, CHN). Pierce won 7-3 against Tyler Orme (Vernon, BC) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Prestige Hotels & Resorts Curling Classic Championship title, Pierce earned 18.750 world rankings points along with the $6,000CDN first prize cheque. Pierce move up 34 spots after posting a net gain of 10.982 points improving upon their best 3 results so far this season, ranking 77th overall with 42.055 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Pierce ranks 47th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 18.750 points earned so far this season.
