Yoshimura won 9-0 against Tiffany Steuber (Edmonton, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
For winning the Alberta Curling Series - Event 2 Championship title, Yoshimura earned 15.000 world rankings points along with the $3,000CDN first prize cheque. For week 15 of the event schedule, Yoshimura did not improve upon their best events, remaining at 21st place on the World Ranking Standings with 161.680 total points.
