Lotta Immonen/Markus Sipila (Hyvinkaa, FIN) won 8-4 over Marie Kaldvee/Harri Lill (Tallinn, EST) in the Final of the Mixed Doubles Prague Trophy, held March 31 - April 2, 2023 in Prague, Czech Republic. To advance to the championship game, Immonen/Sipila won 10-3 over Lea Hueppi/Jonas Weiss (Dubendorf, SUI) in the semifinals of the 2023 Mixed Doubles Prague Trophy in Prague, Czech Republic; and won 7-4 over Julie Zelingrova/Vitek Chabicovsky (Prague, CZE) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Mixed Doubles Prague Trophy in Prague, Czech Republic;
 
Immonen/Sipila finished 3-1 in the 19-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Immonen/Sipila defeated Klara Baudysova/Tomas Kadlec (Prague, CZE) 9-1, then went on to lose 7-6 against Adela Walczak/Andrzej Augustyniak (Lodz, POL). Immonen/Sipila responded with a 7-4 win over Jenny Perret/Martin Rios (Glarus, SUI). Immonen/Sipila won 13-0 against Jaroslav Vedral/Eliska Srnska (Prague, CZE) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Mixed Doubles Prague Trophy Championship title, Immonen/Sipila earned 26.250 world rankings points along with the $2,140CDN first prize cheque. For week 35 of the event schedule, Immonen/Sipila did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Immonen/Sipila ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
