Kaldvee finished 7-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kaldvee lost 7-6 to Jasmin Lander (Hvidovre, DEN), then responded with a 8-5 win over Jiyoon Kim (Seoul, KOR). Kaldvee won 7-4 against Jennifer Jones (Barrie, CAN), then won 12-6 against Julie Zelingrova (Prague, CZE) and 9-2 against Linda Joo (Budapest, HUN). Kaldvee won 6-5 against Jennifer Dodds (Stirling, SCO), then won 9-3 against Tahli Gill (Melbourne, AUS) and 7-6 against Stefania Constantini (Cortina d'Ampezzo, ITA). Kaldvee went on to lose 8-6 against Vanessa Tonoli (Zoetermeer, NED) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Kaldvee earned 33.000 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the World Mixed Doubles Curling Championship.
