In their opening game, Bjoernstad defeated Roxanne Heritier (Luzern, SUI) 8-2, then won 10-0 against Linnea Nilsson (Sundyberg, SWE) and 8-5 against Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR). Bjoernstad won 6-5 against Yildiz. Bjoernstad went on to lose 7-1 against Xenia Schwaller (Zurich, SUI) in their final qualifying round match.
