Armstrong/Griffith won 10-4 against Jennifer Jones/Brent Laing (Barrie, ON), then won 9-2 against Sherry Just/Chad Gareau (Prince Albert, SK) and 9-8 against Brett Barber/Mitch Heidt (Kerrobert, SK) in their final qualifying round match.
