In their opening game, Trembath/Grassie defeated Krysten Karwacki/Brady Scharback (Saskatoon, SK) 7-6, then went on to lose 7-3 against Aileen Geving/John Shuster (Duluth, MN). Trembath/Grassie responded with a 7-5 win over Kadriana Lott/Brayden Stewart (Winnipeg, MB). Trembath/Grassie went on to lose 10-3 against Cathy Overton-Clapham/Korey Dropkin (Duluth, MN). Trembath/Grassie lost 10-8 to Rilee Kraft/Cayden Kraft (Bismarck, ND) in their final qualifying round match.

Trembath/Grassie earned 2.625 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 19 of the event schedule, Trembath/Grassie did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Trembath/Grassie ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
