Hartwell lost 9-5 to Gracelyn Richards (Edmonton, AB). Hartwell lost 8-7 to Nicky Kaufman (Edmonron, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
 
Hartwell earned 2.250 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 66th place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of 1.5 after improving upon their best so far this season. Hartwell ranks 67th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 35.625 points earned so far this season.
