Eniko Szabo (Budapest, HUN) finished 2-2 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Szabo defeated Dragana Bajkanovic (Stirling, SCO) 13-1, then went on to lose 8-3 against 's Elizaveta Trukhina. Szabo responded with a 13-1 win over Olivera Momcilovic (Belgrade, SRB). Szabo went on to lose 9-7 against Dena Rosenberry (Denver, USA) in their final qualifying round match.

Szabo earned 1.125 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 41 of the event schedule, Szabo did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Szabo ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
