Kyle Waddell (Hamilton, SCO) qualified for the 2023 Euro Super Series playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 7-5 against Ross Whyte (Stirling, SCO).

Waddell finished 2-2 in the 20-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Waddell defeated Yves Stocker (Zug, SUI) 7-6, then went on to lose 10-3 against Bruce Mouat (STIRLING, SCO). Waddell lost 6-5 to Sweden's Fredrik Nyman where Waddell responded with a 6-5 win over Ross Craik (Stirling, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
