Evelina Barone (Riga, LAT) won 7-4 over Dilsat Yildiz (Erzurum, TUR) in the Final of the Tallinn Ladies International Challenger, held November 2 - 5, 2023 at the Tondiraba Ice Hall in Tallinn, Estonia. To advance to the championship game, Barone won 4-3 over Klara Fomm (Fuessen, GER) in the semifinals of the 2023 Tallinn Ladies International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia, Estonia; and won 8-5 over Lisa Farnell (Kent, ENG) in the quarterfinals. of the 2023 Tallinn Ladies International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia, Estonia;
 
Barone finished 3-2 in the 12-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Barone lost 9-2 to Aneta Lipinska (Lodz, POL), then responded with a 8-7 win over Marie Kaldvee (Tallinn, EST). Barone won 9-3 against Verena Pfluegler (Kitzbuehel, AUT). Barone went on to lose 5-4 against Vera Kalocsai-van Dorp (Budapest, HUN). Barone responded with a 5-2 win over Kateryna Yakymets (Kyiv, UKR) in their final qualifying round match.
 
For winning the Tallinn Ladies International Challenger Championship title, Barone earned 7.500 world rankings points along with the $1,767CDN first prize cheque, moving up 39 spots the World Ranking Standings into 130th place overall with 13.828 total points. Barone ranks 122nd overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 7.500 points earned so far this season.
