Lisa Farnell (Kent, ENG) qualified for the 2023 Tallinn Ladies International Challenger playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 8-5 against Evelina Barone (Riga, LAT). of the 2023 Tallinn Ladies International Challenger in Tallinn, Estonia, Estonia;

Farnell finished 4-1 in the 12-team qualifying round. .
