Xiu Yue Ma (Beijing, CHN) won 8-4 over Marc Pfister (Manilla, PHI) in the Final of the Pan-Continental Championships -- B-Division, held October 29 - November 4, 2023 in Kelowna, British Columbia. To advance to the championship game, Ma won 7-1 over Diego Tompkins (Mexico City, MEX) in the semifinals

Ma finished 7-0 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Ma defeated Jason Chang (Hong Kong, HKG) 13-3, then won 14-1 against Oliver Echenje (Nairobi, KEN) and 14-1 against Echenje. Ma won 9-4 against Pfister, then won 11-3 against P.N. Raju (Hyderabad, IN) and 9-3 against Marcio Dias Santos Rodrigues (Sao Paulo, BRA). Ma won 8-2 against Amar Masalmeh (Riyadh, KSA) in their final qualifying round match.

For winning the Pan-Continental Championships -- B-Division Championship title, Ma earned 3.750 world rankings points. For week 15 of the event schedule, Ma did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Ma ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
