Raju (Hyderabad, IN), then won 11-2 against Oliver Echenje (Nairobi, KEN) in their final qualifying round match.

With their third place finish at the Pan-Continental Championships -- B-Division, Chang earn 2.125 world rankings points, moving up 84 spots the World Ranking Standings into 269th place overall with 3.981 total points. Chang ranks 216th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 2.125 points earned so far this season.
