Paul Flemming (Halifax, NS) won 4-3 over Bruce Korte (Saskatoon, SK) in the Final of the Everest Canadian Senior Championships, held December 3 - 9, 2023 at the Vernon Curling Club in Vernon, Canada. To advance to the championship game, Flemming won 9-5 over Mike Kennedy (Grand Falls, NB) in the semifinals
 
Flemming finished 8-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Flemming defeated Bryan Cochrane (Russell, ON) 7-2, then won 6-3 against Terry Miller (Whitehorse, YK) and 8-5 against Francois Roberge (Levis, QC). Flemming won 6-5 against Cory Vanthuyne (Yellowknife, NT). Flemming went on to lose 6-5 against Kennedy. Flemming responded with a 6-3 win over Dave Boehmer (Petersfield, MB). Flemming won 6-5 against Alex Smith (St. John's, NL), then won 5-3 against Phil Gorveatt (Montague, PEI). Flemming went on to lose 9-2 against Wes Craig (Duncan, BC). Flemming responded with a 8-4 win over Korte in their final qualifying round match.
