Jisoo Kim (Jeonbuk, KOR) finished 3-5 in the 9-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kim lost 7-4 to Youbeen Park (Seoul, KOR), droppimg another game, 10-1 to Seungyoun Ha (Chuncheon, KOR) where Kim responded with a 7-6 win over Minjae Jung (Uiseong, KOR). Kim went on to lose 12-4 against Minseo Kim (Gyeongbuk, KOR). Kim lost 9-5 to Eunjung Kim (Gangneung, KOR) where Kim responded with a 7-5 win over Seojin Park (Bongmyeong, KOR). Kim went on to lose 8-3 against Eun ji Gim (Gyeonggido, KOR). Kim responded with a 8-6 win over Bobae Kang (Songhyun, KOR) in their final qualifying round match.

Kim earned 4.500 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. Kim gained 9.641 points improving upon their best 2 events, though dropped 143 spots on the World Ranking Standings into 143rdplace overall with 9.641 total points. Kim ranks 10th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 4.500 points earned so far this season.
