Juraj Gallo (Bratislava, SVK) finished 4-3 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Gallo lost 8-4 to Rob Retchless (Preston, ENG), droppimg another game, 7-6 to Gontzal Garcia (San Sebastian, ESP) where Gallo responded with a 6-4 win over Ireland's John Wilson. Gallo won 11-3 against Eduard Nikolov (Kyiv, UKR). Gallo went on to lose 8-2 against James Pougher (Hawarden, WAL). Gallo responded with a 11-5 win over Lukas Matt (Liechtenstein, LIE). Gallo won 7-5 against Mathias Genner (Kitzbuehel, AUT) in their final qualifying round match.

Scotland's McMillan and Bryce set to get in mix with World's Best
