Fowler won 10-3 against Ajda Zavrtanik Drglin (Ljubljana, SLO), then won 11-3 against Daniela Matulova (Bratislava, SVK) and 10-7 against Caro van Oosterwyck (Zemst, BEL) in their final qualifying round match.

Fowler earned 2.250 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins.
