Sarah Anderson (Minneapolis, MN) lost 10-5 to Tabitha Peterson (St. Paul, MN) in the Final of the USA Curling National Championships, held January 27 - February 4, 2024 at the The Rink at American Dream in East Rutherford, United States. To advance to the championship game, Anderson won 11-7 over Delaney Strouse (Traverse City, MI) in the semifinals of the 2024 USA Curling National Championships in East Rutherford, New Jersey, United States;

Anderson finished 6-1 in the 8-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Anderson defeated Peterson 10-5, then went on to lose 11-5 against Elizabeth Cousins (Boston, MA). Anderson responded with a 10-6 win over Christine McMakin (Minneapolis, MN). Anderson won 10-6 against Kim Rhyme (Minneapolis, MN), then won 9-8 against Miranda Scheel (Fargo, ND) and 7-6 against Strouse. Anderson won 11-1 against Rachel Workin (Fargo, ND) in their final qualifying round match.

With their runner-up finish at the USA Curling National Championships, Anderson take home 27.500 world rankings points. Anderson move up 5 spots after posting a net gain of 1.375 points improving upon their best 8 results so far this season, ranking 31st overall with 99.375 total points on the World Ranking Standings. Anderson ranks 31st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 99.375 points earned so far this season.
