In their opening game, Armstrong/Griffith lost 9-4 to Jaelyn Cotter/Jim Cotter (Vernon, BC), then responded with a 6-2 win over Melissa Adams/Alex Robichaud (Moncton, NB). Armstrong/Griffith went on to lose 7-5 against Riley Sandham/Brendan Craig (Guelph, ON). Armstrong/Griffith responded with a 8-5 win over Kadriana Lott/Colton Lott (Winnipeg Beach, MB). Armstrong/Griffith won 8-6 against Taylor Reese-Hansen/Corey Chester (Victoria, BC). Armstrong/Griffith went on to lose 5-2 against Jocelyn Peterman/Brett Gallant (Edmonton, AB). Armstrong/Griffith lost 9-5 to Lisa Weagle/John Epping (Toronto, ON) in their final qualifying round match.

Armstrong/Griffith earned 7.875 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, remaining in 21st place overall on the World Ranking Standings with a net gain of -12.974 after improving upon their best so far this season. Armstrong/Griffith ranks 21st overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 48.626 points earned so far this season.
