Bonot finished 3-1 in the 16-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Bonot defeated James Grattan (Oromocto , NB) 6-2, then went on to lose 8-2 against Matthew Manuel (Halifax, NS). Bonot responded with a 7-4 win over Colten Steele (Dartmouth, NS). Bonot won 8-4 against Robert Desjardins (Saguenay, QC) in their final qualifying round match.

Bonot earned 7.500 world rankings points for their Top 5 finish in the Challenge de Curling Desjardins, moving up 28 spots the World Ranking Standings into 133rd place overall with 20.937 total points.
