Yuko Kikuchi (Karuizawa, JPN) run at the 2023 Chubu Curling Championships came to an end in the semifinals with a 7-4 loss to Yuka Takimoto (Karuizawa, JPN). of the 2023 Chubu Curling Championships in Chubu, Japan;

Kikuchi finished 3-2 in the 6-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Kikuchi lost 11-1 to Takimoto, droppimg another game, 11-2 to Asuka Kanai (Karuizawa, JPN) where Kikuchi responded with a 11-4 win over Japan's Arina Ikeda. Kikuchi won 10-3 against Japan's Akemi Kawahara, then won 8-6 against Japan's Yui Miyagawa in their final qualifying round match.

Kikuchi earned 2.125 world rankings points for their Top 3 finish in the Chubu Curling Championships. For week 24 of the event schedule, Kikuchi did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Kikuchi ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
