Adam Hein (Portage, WI) qualified for the 2023 USA Curling YOG Mixed Playdown playoffs, dropping their quarterfinals match 6-3 against Bella Hagenbuch (North Utica, IL). of the 2023 USA Curling YOG Mixed Playdown in Golden, Colorado, United States;

Hein finished 2-2 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Hein lost 9-5 to Mason Guentzel (St. Paul, MN), then responded with a 9-4 win over Georgi Petrov (Plainfield, NJ). Hein went on to lose 7-1 against Natalie Hollands (Bowling Green, OH). Hein responded with a 12-3 win over Mariska Ball (Madison, WI) in their final qualifying round match.

Hein ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
