To advance to the championship game, Wipf won 9-7 over Darien Dunkle (Castor, AB) in the semifinals of the 2023 Curlers Corner U20 Mens Junior Bonspiel in Calgary, Alberta;
 
Wipf finished 3-1 in the 0-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Wipf defeated Jaxon Hiebert (Edmonton, AB) 8-6, then went on to lose 9-3 against Elsenheimer. Wipf responded with a 8-3 win over Nolan Duncan (Calgary, AB). Wipf won 7-4 against Terren Algot (Sherwood Park, AB) in their final qualifying round match.
