To advance to the championship game, McCarville won 6-5 over Brendan Rajala (Sudbury , NO) in the semifinals of the 2024 Performance Kia Charity Open in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada; and won 2-1 over Trevor Bonot (Thunder Bay, NO) in the quarterfinals. of the 2024 Performance Kia Charity Open in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada;
 
McCarville finished 3-1 in the 14-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, McCarville defeated Robyn Despins (Thunder Bay, NO) 4-2, then went on to lose 6-2 against Bonot. McCarville responded with a 6-2 win over Rajala. McCarville won 6-5 against Chris Silver (Thunder Bay, NO) in their final qualifying round match.
 
With their runner-up finish at the Performance Kia Charity Open, McCarville take home 2.750 world rankings points along with the $2,000CDN prize. For week 24 of the event schedule, McCarville did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. McCarville ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
