In their opening game, Swanston lost 8-1 to Jack Strawhorn (Dumfries, SCO), droppimg another game, 13-10 to Finlay Rutherford (Kinross, SCO). Swanston lost 10-8 to Orrin Carson (Dumfries, SCO). Swanston lost 8-7 to Ross Craik (Forfar, SCO). Swanston lost 9-5 to Arran Thomson (Perth, SCO) where Swanston responded with a 12-2 win over Ethan Brewster (Aberdeen, SCO). Swanston won 7-2 against Callum Grant (Greenacres, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Swanston earned 0.375 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins. For week 17 of the event schedule, Swanston did not improve upon their best events, remaining at th place on the World Ranking Standings with total points. Swanston ranks th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with points earned so far this season.
