Cara Thomson (Perth, SCO) finished 3-6 in the 10-team qualifying round. . In their opening game, Thomson defeated Jessica Sharp (Perth, SCO) 12-5, then won 8-3 against Amy Seftor (Edinburgh, SCO). Thomson went on to lose 8-4 against Tia Laurie (Dumfries, SCO). Thomson lost 6-4 to Jodi Leigh Bass (Dumfries, SCO). Thomson lost 9-2 to Robyn Munro (Stranraer, SCO). Thomson went on to lose 8-7 against Layla Huntly (Dumfries, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.
