Huntly lost 10-8 to Ishbel McCartney (Dumfries, SCO) where Huntly responded with a 8-7 win over Cara Thomson (Perth, SCO) in their final qualifying round match.

Huntly earned 0.750 world rankings points for their preliminary round wins, moving up 26 spots the World Ranking Standings into 252nd place overall with 1.359 total points. Huntly ranks 208th overall on the Year-to-Date rankings with 0.750 points earned so far this season.
